I am an educational researcher studying how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can support teaching, professional learning, career development, and workforce education. I hold a Joint Ph.D. in Education and Educational Administration from Technische Universität Dresden and Shiraz University, an M.A. in Human Resources Training and Development from Shahid Beheshti University, and a B.A. in Educational Administration and Planning from Shiraz University.
My research examines how emerging technologies can support teaching, professional learning, career development, and workforce education. I am particularly interested in the design, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enabled learning experiences across educational and organizational settings.
